WHEN IS THE NEXT 30 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE?

The next yoga challenge will run from January 5, 2019 to February 4, 2019.

WHAT IS THE 30 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE?

The 30 day yoga challenge will be held online, in a private Facebook group. Every day I will get on our private Facebook group and teach you a live yoga class. You’re welcome to practice live with me, or you can do the yoga video later in the day. The benefit of me teaching these classes on Facebook live, versus having them all pre-recorded, is that I can create custom classes for you. If someone wants to work on opening their shoulders, and someone else wants to work on core, I can incorporate those things into that day’s yoga practice.

I’ll be hanging out on the Facebook group several times per day to answer your questions, help you with modifications, and create live yoga videos for you.

We will have 1-2 ‘rest’ days each week during the 30 day challenge. On those rest days, I’ll either lead you through a short meditation, or a gentle, restorative yoga class.  There will be several pre-recorded yoga practices. You can use these videos on any days you wish. If we are having a meditation or restorative day, but you would like a more intense practice, you are welcome to use one of the pre-recorded videos.

PROGRAM GOALS  

The goal of this program is to help equip you to begin and/or maintain a consistent yoga practice. It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to yoga, or if you are a seasoned yogi. This program will benefit you. A consistent yoga practice will help you grow in strength and flexibility. By participating in the program, and showing up daily to practice yoga, you are caring for yourself both physically and mentally. Yoga can help you as you increase your mindfulness and grow in the ways that you relate to yourself. Yoga is an act of self-love and self-care.

WHAT STYLE OF YOGA WILL WE BE DOING?

I teach an alignment based vinyasa flow style of yoga. In this yoga challenge, we will move between several styles of yoga. You will experience slow flow vinyasa, vinyasa flow, as well as meditative and restorative practices.

 

HOW LONG WILL EACH YOGA CLASS BE?

Each class will be a little different. Because we are aiming for 30 consecutive days of yoga or meditation, we will not always do a standard one hour yoga practice. Each class will average about 30-45 minutes, with some classes being shorter, around 20 minutes, and a few classes may be longer. The meditations will generally be pretty short, at 5-10 minutes.

 

PROGRAM FEE

$35 for the entire 30 day program. This covers the entire yoga challenge, as well as lifetime access to the yoga videos.
