The HypnoBirthing® course consists of five weekly 2.5 hour classes. The five-week series includes the Hypnobirthing techniques textbook, relaxation CDs, spiral bound course handouts, and everything you need to know to reconnect with your birthing instincts and create an amazing birthing experience. The class fee includes attendance to all 5 classes in the series for you and your birthing companion.
