I just love the way that deep belly breathing looks during pregnancy. I'll be 38 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and I wanted to share this really amazing video. When you learn to engage the transverse abdominals properly with your breath, it is so beneficial for you, and it helps to heal a diastasis recti after the baby is born.
In HypnoBirthing, we spend a lot time talking about the breath, because it is so important to breathe deeply in labor. This video shows an example of how we want to move our bellies during surges in labor.
