Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Restorative, Prenatal, and Postpartum
I teach private yoga classes, and group classes. Group classes are currently at Summit, Climbing, Yoga and Fitness in Fort Worth.
A Vinyasa Flow yoga class is fast paced and energizing. Proper alignment is emphasized as each Movement is paired with the breath.
This class is a Slow Flow Vinyasa class. The poses are the same as those in a Vinyasa class, but each poses is held longer so that you can fine tune each posture.
This class involves passive, relaxing poses that are held for long periods of time. This helps the mind and body to relax.
In meditation, we focus on the breath and allow the mind to relax as we focus on relaxation, our breathing, or guided imagery.
Strengthen and tone the muscles that you will use when you birth your baby, while you take time for self care, relaxation, and bonding with your baby.
Spend time taking care of the body, strengthening and stretching areas that need a little extra love and attention. Postpartum yoga helps restore mobility, flexibility and strength.
Can't make it to a public group class? Would you prefer specific instruction and alignment to improve your practice? Private classes may be the option for you!
